People I speak to generally fall into two groups. The first group is either unaware of AI or says it’s not relevant or useful to them. Those people should check their employees aren’t already using it without their knowledge.
The second group is aware of artificial intelligence and is already using it or is actively looking to harness it.
Either way, you need to know the risks of using AI:
- Who owns the data set the AI is using?
- Who owns the output from the AI?
- What’s in the data set and if it’s personal data
- What are the risks?
- Who bears the cost if the output is wrong?
